the following characteristics:
- Leading positions in attractive niche markets
- Revenues in excess of $25 million and EBITDA greater than
$5 million - Equity investment of between $20 and $75 million
- Path to growth organically and through selective acquisitions
- Strong management teams
With respect to our existing portfolio companies, we actively pursue follow-on acquisition opportunities of smaller businesses with similar characteristics.
We seek to partner with talented, management teams who share our goal of growing businesses through product and market extension, coupled with targeted follow-on acquisitions.
