We practice a well-honed buy, enhance and build investment strategy pioneered by Charles McCurdy and associates 20 years ago. We follow closely a surround-the-market product strategy that seeks out organic and acquisition expansion opportunities across print, event, digital and data applications. And we embrace digital media and technological change as an opportunity in each of our market segments. Extension of our business's product lines into digital media is an integral component of our growth strategy.
We look to buy companies that lead their sector, and to partner with strong management teams in operating those businesses aggressively and expand them rapidly through selective, follow-on acquisitions.
